Another way round it would be to select a row and then repeatedly click INSERT but you can’t do that because every time you click INSERT, your selection is cleared. L-(

Yup, I found some code in my funcions.php. Switched that off and it now works.

Yes, Async JavaScript plugin.

I’ve tried everything I can think of to speed up my website and avoid the dreaded “Defer …” reason in GTMetrix – various bits of code and now this plugin but they all break my website somewhere. ??

I should clarify.

In the instructions (https://www.webroomtech.com/woocommerce-analytics-importing-historical-data/) it says there is a START button. I never saw a button saying START. My button says STOP IMPORT and has been saying this for weeks.

I have ticked/checked Skip previously imported customers and orders

My settings say …
Imported Registered Customers0 of 26
Imported Orders and Refunds0 of 36
Status: Importing Customers

In other words, there appears to be very few records to import, so why has it taken WEEKS so fasr?

I saw this.

There appears no GO button for this. You scroll down to the bottom of the page and it appears to start.

It says “Navigating away from this page will not affect the import”, so why is it necessary if it works whatever you do? Why has it not already worked?

I’m confused about how this is supposed to work.

Can you help me understand this, EastOfWest?

I disabled a certain plugin and everything worked as normal.
