Thanks to your explanation I was able to locate the plugin that was causing the issue. It’s called “Hide my dates”, to hide the post date in Google search results.

Hi, just a quick follow up.

I contacted my theme’s developer and they confirmed it is not a theme issue (they switched the website to another theme to make sure).

They have given me this code that I have pasted on my additional CSS and has worked to resolve the issue:

.powerpress_player {
bottom: 22px;
position: relative;
}

I really have no idea if this weird problem has to do with your plugin or not, just wanted to give you the info.

Hi, a little update:

I know you have done the test and the Wordsearch appeared for you, but I can more or less guarantee there is something wrong.

– I can’t see it on my Mac when using Chrome or Firefox.
– I also can’t see it on my Android Phone when using Firefox.

Just to make sure, I deleted all the cookies in both Computer and Phone, and it doesn’t solve it.

As said, this only happens since your last update.

Well that’s strange, on my Macbook it doesn’t work on Chrome, and also not on Firefox, since the last update you made a couple of days ago.

Hi! Well as I said, I have no problem on mobile.

The problem is on Desktop Chrome (more specifically, I’m using a Macbook).

Sorry Chris I don’t know where to type amount=15 (for example).

When I add the widget, there doesn’t seem to be any place where to add code.

Hi, I want to add that whenever I hover with the mouse on the hyperlink, it does get this purple color as it should. It’s the rest of the time that it appears just black.

Hi, I just came to this forum to ask about Quiz Cat not working well with this theme, and found this topic.

In my case, it displays the Quizzes correctly when on Chrome and Explorer, but on Safari (both on Iphone or Mac), it starts flickering and even disappears.

I love both your great theme and the plugin, if you can do anything to solve this in a future update it would be great. Like the previous poster said, the problem doesn’t happen with other themes.

I’ve disabled the social sharing for all quizzes until this very fishy looking thing gets resolved.

You still can see what I mean if you open the strange looking link I pasted on the first opening post.

I’ve just checked and the email and twitter sharing does work properly. It’s only on Facebook that it adds that weird stuff at the end of the link, and my browser alerts me that someone might be trying to steal the identity of the website to steal information etc.

It looks really bad, I would need a quick solution to this.
