No this didn’t work. I need the box to go up and down not horizontal. I want the text to fit into a small box that goes up and down. Does this make sense?

It doesn’t let me start a new query. How do I do this? When I go to the support forum to make a new thread it doesn’t have a text box to add a new post. How do I do this? Do you have a link that will take me to the text box so I can message to the post?

That fixed the issue but I have 1 more problem. I need the text box over the slider to fit the text and not be soo wide and take up most the picture. Can you help with this?

I deleted every shipping option and I only have the rest of the world shipping option set to weight based and it still is showing two options in the cart. I cannot figure this out. I only have one rule set but it shows two in the cart. Can you help with this? Thanks!

I only have one rule in place in the weight based shipping options so this isn’t the case. I have also tried disabling plugins and that doesn’t work. Do you have nay other suggestions? Thanks!

That was two weight based shipping options showing up on the cart page when I only have one rule in the weight based shipping settings.

I got the weight based shipping to work and show up on the cart page but for some reason I’m seeing to weight based shipping options on the cart page and I don’t know why. When I got to the weight based shipping option page in the woocommerce settings it shows I have one rule. I have sent a screenshot through the contacts page.

I finally got it to work. Disabling extensions and resetting IE fixed the issue. Thanks for your help!

I’m using Firefox 53.0.3 Also I disabled extensions and reset IE and it still doesn’t work. I can’t figure out how to uodate IE to latest version so haven’t tried that. Also I have a social media plugin for Facebook that I deactivated and deleted and it still doesn’t work. If you know its a javescript error can you sign into my site and see if you can fix it? Also is there anything else I can try? I see other people having the same problem with this plugin. I feel something isn’t compatible with the plugin after it updated.

I tried deactivating all plugins except woocommerce and weight based shipping plugin and the problem still exist so it’s not a different plugin messing with it. It seems that this plugin isn’t compatible with my website anymore or something like this. It use to work when I first activated it on my website but now it doesn’t work on any of my websites. Does the plugin need to be coded differently in the php files for this to work? Can you please help me as 3 of my sites can’t take orders because of this problem. Thanks!
