BTW, it doesn’t look like @awesomesupport is a plugin author.
Is there at least a temporary way, till the issue is solved, to remove the login from the plugin, and only leave the register part. Since there are currently 2 logins on my site, and it’s confusing my users.
No Cloudflare is turned off.

Everything is disabled and 2016 is active, and it’s still not redirecting to the create ticket page.
Shold I try deleting the plugin and its settings, and installing again?
