Hello, where do the Recipe Card tables live in the folder structure?

I just back tracked out of what i had originally done to make the form pretty and it appears to be returning results. I must have made an edit that broke it.

I should be able to fix it now. Sorry about that.

I read some more and realized that I did not have the header and footer includes! I added them and it works GREAT! Thanks AWESOME PLUG IN!
