In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Disk Space Issue – Fix in Help Article Not WorkingOkay, yesterday I removed everything in the lscache directory at about 2pm. Today around the same time I checked and the directory size is up to 6.31GB. Here’s an updated access log: https://testing.slamdotcloud.com/wp-content/uploads/access_log.txt

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Disk Space Issue – Fix in Help Article Not WorkingI’m sorry, I’m not really certain what to look for in the access log – I saved what was in the access log, here’s a link to it, so you can see if there’s anything useful there. https://testing.slamdotcloud.com/wp-content/uploads/accesslog.txt

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Disk Space Issue – Fix in Help Article Not WorkingOn our hosting the lscache folder is in the account’s root directory. The site has 48 pages and 65 posts. You can view our server’s usage stats here for information on the traffic: https://xia.com/stats/
Thank you! I just sent the database dump for that table through the Contact form!
I enabled wp_debug and recreated the issue several times, but it’s not generating a debug.log file – any ideas on what I could try next?
Thank you for your help! I put the site back into troubleshooting mode and gave it another try – I’m still having the issue but I’m not seeing much in the console. This is all I’m seeing both before and after attempting to save the title and description: https://www.novajunk.com/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot-2023-02-10-at-9.41.24-AM.png
That seems to have worked, thank you for the help!
It didn’t work when the plugin was disabled completely so I didn’t expect this would help but I went ahead and gave it a try, no change. Would it help for me to create an admin login for you to troubleshoot?
The events that aren’t visible on the calendar are showing No Results Found if I view their details page. There is a caching plugin we’re using on the site; in troubleshooting previously I had cleared the cache multiple times to no effect, but I went ahead and disabled it completely for now. We do not have server-side caching.
I used the plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting to do a conflict test, and used the theme Twenty-Twenty as suggested in your documentation. The events still didn’t show, so it doesn’t appear to be a plugin or theme conflict causing the issue.
The site has automatic updates enabled so I believe it was using the next most recent version prior to this and the events were showing previously. This site was also only launched in November, which is when the client began adding events to the calendar, so most of the events were added post the 6.0 migration, and were working until the recent update.
Thank you for your response! I tried flushing the permalinks and it did not fix the issue. Here’s the information you asked for:
- PHP version: 7.4.33
- WordPress version: 6.1.1
- The Events Calendar: 6.0.7.1
- Theme: Divi, version 4.19.4
Thank you for your response! If you could send a code snippet I’d really appreciate it! We’d be able to use the snippet as users of the free tier of the plugin, correct? One other question, because we didn’t entirely understand:
You’ll want to clear out the array in this case.
Would you be able to clarify the meaning and consequences of this?
Thank you for all of your help!!
