Hi reuploads the /wp-admin/ and /wp-includes/ directories, but the same error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/content/a/l/i/aliveart/html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

I got this problem now..any solution?

BY THE WAY,in /home/content/a/l/i/aliveart/html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14 IS wp();
ANY PROBLEM WITH IT?
