the problem is resolved.
I don’t know why but think I had a problem with the time on my computer that’s why the code had some dysfunctions…
Now everything is ok and it works with the code you gave me.

if ($time < “7” || $time > “19”)

in :
if ($time < “07” || $time > “19”)

because that didn’t work, I have found the solution with the links you gave me.
