We discovered an extra space in some code that was causing trailing slashes to be required on our entire site. Once that was fixed, the thank-you page problem was also fixed!

I updated the plugin and tried another test, but am still getting an error message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/davgla18/airshowmastering.com/index.php:1) in /home/davgla18/airshowmastering.com/sandbox/wp-content/plugins/hms-testimonials/shortcodes.php on line 481
