The Gallery is a plugin detailed in my post above … or the footer of my site. i also used the wp-plugin for qdig (which is the gallery plugin) which i forgot to mention earlier. Again I had to edit it a bit to make it do what i wanted.

I don’t really see the need to use 32 million colours just because i can. I find I play around with colours then come back to white.

It’s somewhat ironic to be having this conversation on a site where it’s all about the white black and grey.

As to the gallery, it’s a plugin from https://qdig.sourceforge.net, I wrestled with it a bit but it’s all there. The developer is very thorough with his support to.

“Now we have the internet, we have the rainbow at our fingertips, and still there’s vast expanses of plain white background with black text (or in your case greyish).

I don’t revisit sites with white (or black) backgrounds. Try using some colors.”

I’m not sure what i make of this … BUT I have given the body font a bit more contrast.

so the font is to small then?

mmm good call on the font size, my Dad says much the same thing.
