Frankly, I see lots of notifications that your support is great, but I also see as many that are problems you must fix. Mine is one of them, but you walked away from it. I do not call that good support.

I’ve had other odd errors since upgrading to wordpress 4.1.1 on many of my wp sites all using differing themes.
