I’m a bit confused – the links you provided tell me how to look at my regular website. I understand how to use GA4 for my website, but how do I see who clicks through on my web stories on the GA4 I created for my web stories specifically?

Right now, I’m able to see views. In the old Google Analytics, there was a specific event that happened that showed when people actually clicked through.

@zoonini Thanks for this! The problem is it also breaks up the yellow box into two yellow boxes.

I was hoping to have one yellow box with all of the information. Is there another way to create this maybe?

@adamdunnage Good morning! So I deactivated the plugins and cleared my cache before running the test; however, the error is still there.

Any other ideas what may be causing the issue?

Thank you for this. So I see the errors in Google Search Console – which usually takes a few days (at least) to show when errors go away. Is there a way to check immediately within the Stories plugin?

I ask because these WPRock and WPOptimize are plugins I do regularly use and wouldn’t want to get rid of.

@bethany: Okay, I’ll try that. It’s just odd because now literally all of my web stories have the “item name” error so I don’t think it’s a caching error. So odd.

Good morning! I wanted to check in on this one more time as I’m actually still getting *new* errors regarding “specify item name”. All of my plugins are up-to-date aside for WooCommerce, which warns me to not update yet as it could cause issues.

Here is a copy + paste of the error:



Re: Gravity Forms. I actually *just* got the ability to update. I’m currently running a validation in Google Search Console so that may be fixed.

Re: Item name issue. I’m still encountering this. In fact, the new web stories I created in the last few days are showing this error.
