hi pradeep i just did the fields again so ok now… just one (hopefully last) question. i did validation for the guestform but for logged in users this is not working … where can i find the logged in user form if that differs from the questform?
just did some more reaearch and in settings custom fields they do appear but not in advanced settings, reorder fields so no way to enable. again they are in the dbase
well the fields do not show up there so that is why i am wondering if i maybe am forgetting something in the process, again they are in the dbase but do not show up in backend,

thanks for the reply. Problem is that if I open ticket none of my custom fields show up unless I select category (only one category is available) which might confuse clients. As i set default category in admin it would be nice if i could show all custom fields right away without selecting category (of which there is only one) any workkaround for it maybe?
