Hi @hsevgi1 ,
I understand that unpaid orders are being sent to Google Ads. Let me assist you with this. Please note that the Pixel Manager does not fire pixels for failed or unpaid orders.
In your case, unpaid orders may still be tracked because of potential third-party code involvement.
With this, kindly send the?debug information in?WooCommerce > Pixel Manager >?Support to our support form here:?https://sweetcode.com/support/

I understand you would like to implement “organic conversion tracking” using Pixel Manager. Allow me to clarify.
Yes, organic traffic and conversions can be tracked through GA4.
I hope this helps!
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.Hi?@sorinv,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
I understand that you’re seeing an error about a product ID do not match.
It seems that the product IDs in your catalog don’t match the IDs that the plugin is sending.
The default setting in the plugin is the post ID. That means you’ll have to upload the products into your catalog with the post ID as an identifier.
You can adjust this in the plugin. The post ID is the most compatible identifier. Therefore it is best practice to use the post ID in the catalog as well. (Some feed plugins have SKU as default. You’ll have to adjust this.)
If you want to use different identifiers for each catalog (Google Merchant Center, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.),?set a default identifier in the plugin and use filters to adjust the identifiers for each channel as described in the following support article:?https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/developers/filters#product-id-output-filter-for-paid-ads-pixels
We hope this helps.

I understand how important it is to manage access to the plugin settings effectively.
The Pixel Manager for WooCommerce (PMW) automatically grants full edit access to both administrators and shop managers by default. However, if custom roles or capability changes are being used, PMW doesn’t provide a way to modify access rights directly. In such cases, the standard admin and shop manager roles will need to be utilized.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @flatword,
Sorry to hear you encountered issues with your popup!
We’d like to know if you’re using Elementor’s popup feature or integrating it with Popup Maker.
Here’s a quick demo on how to link a popup to an Elementor button: https://share.zight.com/YEubGdzE
Here’s a guide on how to trigger a popup using Click Open: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/395-trigger-click-open-overview-methods
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have other questions.
Hi @asdasd070511,
Thanks for reaching out! Allow me to help you with this.
The report indicates that no orders were recorded while the PMW was active. This report is designed to track orders through the PMW specifically.
It appears that the PMW might have been activated recently. Please allow a few days for the report to begin displaying useful data as it starts to track new orders.
We appreciate your patience.
Let us know how it goes.
