mbrsolution I’ll get back to this in a day or two since tomorrow (actually today) is the Thanksgiving holiday and I will let you know how it goes. Thanks for all your help.

The URL had a “:” instead of an “=” and I removed all the spaces in the shortcode as you described and now it seems to work…almost. I’ve rewritten the shortcode as:

[accept_stripe_payment name=”Capacity Based Markup Wksht. v2.04″ price=”30.00″ url=“https://360difference.paradigmprojects.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Stripe-Download-Test.xlsx”?button_text=”Pay with Card via Stripe” description=”A spreadsheet tool to help answer the question How Much Should I Charge?” item_logo=”https://360difference.paradigmprojects.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/ParadigmProjects-November-2017-Logo_316x.jpg” shipping_address=“1” billing_address=“1”]

The download URL shows up and works correctly in the email sent to the buyer but the URL on the stripe-checkout-result page is written incorrectly. Instead of the correct link I get the URL for “Click Here” written as:

    https://360difference.paradigmprojects.com/stripe-checkout-result/“https://360difference.paradigmprojects.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Stripe-Download-Test.xlsx”

I was wondering if the problem was in syntax…here’s the shortcode…

    [accept_stripe_payment name=”Capacity Based Markup Wksht. v2.04″ price= “30.00” url: “https://360difference.paradigmprojects.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/CBMWksht_v2.04.xls” ? button_text=”Pay with Card via Stripe” description= “A spreadsheet tool to help answer the question How Much Should I Charge?” ?item_logo= “https://360difference.paradigmprojects.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/ParadigmProjects-November-2017-Logo_316x.jpg” shipping_address = “1” billing_address = “1”]

I am in the same boat!

I installed and had ‘Sociable’ working fine last night and was able to work with the setting just fine.

I went to show a collegue how it works this evening and when I access the settings I get a plain blank white page. I look at the source for that blank page and I can see lots of code so I’m thinking something key must be missing.

I checked to see if the problem was browser specific but both Safari and FF Mac give me the same result.

So I thought maybe it was server OS specific (the first installation was on a Windows server) so I installed the plugin on a site I had on a Unix server with a very different theme and while it works on the pages & posts I still can’t access the settings.

Funny thing is why did it work last night but not today? At least I got it setup the way I wanted to on that first installation before it blanked out on me.

And by the way I’m using WP 2.9.1 everywhere.
