You may try reaching out to your hosting provider to increase the memory limit,upload and post max size.

@zuzu-zuzu You can try uploading large files using your ftp client(ex. Filezilla), just contact your hosting provider for an ftp account and its credentials.

@thompsonaire you can check your wp-config.php and search for the database name, and you can identify the database what your site is currently using

Thank you so much for your kind response. I finally figured out the problem, it’s a client-side issue. I’ve done non stop test when ordering products. The customers of our Client always having a concern everytime they got the check out trouble even though it’s from their end – the customers are leaving their Cart with some pending items/products. So our Client is always over reacting and they always freak out so we put a detailed explanation for it.

Bump for this post. I’m also planning to update our site’s php version into PHP 7 soon.

But did you fixed the issue regarding to your scenario? or the infinite login loop still exist from your side? I encountered the loop again today.
