It worked, I am now going to try and migrate my stuff back and tomorrow I will try to make the language switcher working, thanks!

I just made a backup of my site and uninstalled Bitnami wordpress thing and I am now re-installing it and just shut down some processes which seemed to use port 80 and it went fine now. So we’ll see how it ends up.

Thank you, i tried installing multi-site and everything went fine until I went to the network setup at the admin panel, it said that it couldn’t use port :8080 but Bitnami (the wordpress installer and stack im using) started using this port. I don’t know if/how I can change the port. Does someone know how to?
if not I think I will just stick with only a Dutch website.. ):

Thank you Gregor, i have thought about this too but I don’t know how to create a identical page to my homepage because my homepage is one of my theme and it doesn’t show up in the ‘pages’ menu.
I read about creating a static homepage but the homepage from the theme just looks much better and i don’t exactly know how to make the static page look like the theme page.
I’m sorry I can’t show you my webpage because it is a offline one to try a bit with wordpress before actually finding a host.

Got any ideas on this?
