I set the option-value field using phpmyadmin to a:0:{}.
Ok, I deleted pro-beauty-clinic completely (I have it on my local host), but I’m still getting the error, unfortunately.
Just to check…
In my themes folder I have:
genesis pro-beauty-clinic (active) twentyfifteen etc
Should I rename pro-beauty-clinic to pro-beauty-clinic-old?

I found the solution at https://prettydarncute.com/pre-made-theme-support/
The solution was to go to Genesis -> Theme Settings and set all the pages to full width as default, then set the individual pages where I wanted a sidebar to appear.
