Actually it’s a website still under development and I can’t grant access to the public yet, unfortunately. But actually the same applies for the demo version (https://demo.weblizar.com/chronicle-premium/) where I can’t see any animation working (except slider effects), on both Firefox and Chrome.

For example, there is an “animate” class assigned to the FontAwesome icons of the home page service section, but there is really no animation displaying on these elements. I didn’t have a closer look at the CSS properties but as there are this “animate” class and animations CSS/JS files enqueued in functions.php, I guess something is not working properly.

But I may be wrong, it was just something I wanted to let you know in case this was a real issue.

Just to make a feedback, 3.4.3 version which “potentially” fixed the problem didn’t have the expected result for me, as my theme right sidebar is still pushed down under the catalogue. Maybe it comes from my theme (Compass), but on the other hand it happens only with version 3.4 and higher of the plugin and only on product pages.

I also tried v3.4.4 and it’s still the same.

My website is no longer under development so I can show you how it looks if you want, but well, I could update to v.3.4+ for just a few moment since the website is now available for everyone so it has to work.

Thanks Rustaurius, switching “Maintain Filtering” to “no” partly fixed the problem (tested on v3.3.4). Now product details open in a Fancybox and the page is no longer reloaded so that’s cool! But it works only on the catalogue front page though. Once I select a category on the left sidebar, Fancybox doesn’t work (it doesn’t even open). But well, given what you say about the new Fancybox license, I guess it’s not going to be fixed anytime soon.

Sorry to bump this thread but I’m facing the same problem at the moment. I have both WordPress and UPCP up to date, as well as “Fancybox for WordPress” (although the last version is now 5 months old). When I activate Fancybox, products details open in a fancybox indeed but at the same time the browser load a “mywebsite.com/catalogue/#prod-cat-addt-details-19” link (which brings me back on the very same page I was already actually), so that fancybox remains at screen just a few seconds before disappearing as the new page is being loaded. My website is still under development so I can’t provide you any link unfortunately.

Do you have some news about that?
