To fix your problem:

Remove other security plugins
Disable your cache plugins and see if that fixes it (i.e. cache plugins are notoriously unreliable)
Don’t use the user sessions management module with other plugins that affect user logins – which you must be using if the previous 2 options don’t apply.

i try but not work. i try to delete bulletproof and activate shield but same error. I use shield on all my web on another hosting and working well.
