1.You don’t need to retrieve the lost plugin instead install a new one as you can recover it only when you have taken a backup of the whole website.
2.If you had the backup then you would find the plugin in wp-content >plugin,? from here you have to copy the plugin folder and upload it in your same spot to get it back.
