Wow, that’s just great. Looking forward to implement.
Very useful and much appreciated. Many thanks for your responsiveness.Your method of implementation in regard to responsiveness results in a pop-up which cannot be viewed correctly. Please try to resize the browser window and you’ll see that it hides part of the pop-up.
When making even smaller the mobile version size goes into effect which is fine. But apparently there’s a size between full and mobile which makes it impossible to read. Please view this screenshot: brave responsiveness link
The scrollbar visible works for the site itself, not the pop-up up.Ideally, I guess, the pop-up should resize to a certain extent and/or then enable scrollbars in the pop-up. Alternatively, I would have to make the desktop pop-up as small as the mobile version in order to make it viewable in all window sizes but that would then miss the point of making a desktop version ??
Hi Brave, many thanks for your useful tips and tricks and most of all, your quick reply.
I’ve done all your suggestions. When resizing the browser window (smaller) the pop-up does not change size. Also not when reloading. It’s not then possible to click on the 3 links below in the pop-up since the scroll bar in the browser only moves the page in the background.
Shouldn’t it either get smaller in order to see the whole pop-up or make the scroll bar automatically visible?
Hi, thank you very much for a swift reply.
It should be active and on all devices (checked on 3 portables)?
I have not made a mobile version – will do asap.
It also does not center on screen (setting: pop-up layout)?
Thx.
Thanks for the hacks. Although “normal” users will never see this thread…
Really too bad this official theme hasn’t taken this into account yet. Is 2017 really too old to get improved with basics?

In reply to: [Anchor Block] Could you strip spaces from anchors@bhkh I’m not sure I have the same problem but depending on the top margin value I set, it results in some paragraph space. Can you solve it through some customized css or what should I do?

Correct, just one short tap is enough in other browsers than Safari.
Many thanks for your help!- This reply was modified 5 years, 9 months ago by Brogaard.

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Fixed footerHi Andrew, finally made it by using your code plus changed .page to body.page – otherwise far to much white space. That’s the whole syntax to make a static footer:
.site-footer { display: block; position: fixed; left:0px; bottom:0px; height:450px; width:100%; background:#999; } body.page { padding-bottom:450px; } .site-content { background: white; position: relative; z-index: 1; }
Very useful for the future.
Thanks for your help! Wish you lots of Karma and a beer in Copenhagen ??

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Fixed footerThx Andrew (I’ve found 503…?).
But does that explain why the footer is covered by the featured image since I can control the footer height with:
.site-footer { height:350px;
Also, when testing:
.page { padding-bottom:500px }
The page (as set by now) only scrolls further up but the footer is still visible when scrolling the page.

In reply to: [Polylang] no default language warning when installingOkay, I thought the message would appear before you actually add a new language. The logic being that you already have set your WordPress to a specific ‘default language’ (documentation wording).
The message appears after you’ve added a language, apparently to make it possible to assign posts to a new language – makes sense ??

In reply to: [Twenty Nineteen] Fixed footerHave a look at this footer example: https://revolution.fuelthemes.net/revolution-classic/
Hidden, then revealed but static.

In reply to: [Good Old Twitter Feed Widget] Images not visibleHi again, I contacted the theme developer, after installing a similar plugin, and they could view the image. In IE and Chrome it appeared but not in Firefox. Clearing the cache also didn’t help. Anyhow, now I know it’s only in a local issue ??
My fault, sorry for taking your time.
