Discovered this problem seems to be limited to Safari. It works normally on Chrome – at least for me.
Having this issue as well. Can’t use the custom WYSIWYG field combined with the block editor without a secondary plugin. Can’t even click on the visual part, and even if you put the text in the plain side, it appears blank when it loads the visual side.
Nothing showing in browser console or PHP error_log.While the solutions are appreciated, it would be nice if this could be fixed within Pods so we can do it without adding more plugins.
I just got this notice on a client’s GoDaddy Managed WordPress installation. Looking at the file differences, the added code all appears to be GoDaddy related, but I can’t tell what it’s meant to accomplish. Unsure whether to clean it or if that would break the Managed WP thing they have going on.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Two issues with the 6.x versionThere’s a browser console error on this version that says: Block “core/legacy-widget” is already registered. I just tracked that error to this plugin. It may have something to do with the widget problem.
Related errors were:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string, referer: …wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=event&page=events-manager-options
[mod_fcgid: stderr:? given in …/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/admin/settings/tabs/formats.php on line 205, referer: …wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=event&page=events-manager-options
Also appear to be a lot of Mod Security issues with this plugin on Dreamhost. Not sure if it’s their settings or the plugin.
Errors related to this were:

@creativechaos I’m running 8.2 – try flipping it back and see if it works now. It’s a weird one!
PS: Love your logo ??
@creativechaos if it helps, here are my settings for the EM categories section. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1efixWeXv6B4Paf1GcZUJVFJXddyLyjWV/view?usp=sharing
This seems to have resolved itself randomly. No idea what happened there.
I have had this happen on multiple sites now, and this fix works every time. Much appreciated!
Ah, found it! It was a change in the plugin css. All better now. Thank you.
ps: can you remove the links in the previous post? I can’t edit. Thanks.

Hi Mihai, yes, that works. For some reason this update caused our custom code (forcing a minimum amount) to no longer work correctly. Did something change in that part of the plugin?
Appreciate the support.
I replaced the version on the dev site and am not getting that error now, but am having the same issue I had before (which I thought was from the error).
You can see on the live site that the price shows up when the page is loaded
On the dev site with the new EDD version, the price doesn’t show up until you increase / decrease / manually enter the number of items.
I know we have a bit of customization to show the minimum number of items required – but it’s worked fine for years. Did the plugin code for that change somehow?
Hey, I’m not the plugin author, but I discovered this error happens on submission when running on Php 8.1. However, on 7.4 it works normally. Just in case that’s your issue too.
I’m having the same problem with a site on Fatcow.
It was working fine until a couple of weeks ago, now am getting the “There was a problem with your sending method. Please check if your sending method is properly configured.” message. Nothing has changed.
I added the mail records to the domain and verified them, but still no love.
