Thanks for the quick response. I tried deactivating and deleting all the plugins I didn’t use and re-installed Facebook Comments Notifier again. But it still does not work.

Any ideas?

I’ve installed the Facebook notifier on another blog of mine:

I’ve been getting feedback that the comments doesn’t work. The comments box flashes for a little while then goes away. One particular user is using IE 8. Can you please help identify the problem?

I’m using chrome and it works fine.

Ok well that’s all good then. I tried to access the via my work PC which still runs IE7. So that’s good news that it’s working with the later versions. Thanks for looking into it ??

I was using IE 7… maybe a little too old??

I’ve figured it out. For those of you who may be having the same problems.
You have to enable “Custom Menu” in “Theme Settings”
