This is the error I get in Dev Tools Console in Chrome:

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://website/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. Origin https://website.domain.local is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.

Thank you for the answer.
But the two URL’s need to be different. (Due to cross-domain compatibility, it’s an internal website)

Is there absolutely no way to fix this?
