I am having the same problem. Also started a about 3-4 hours ago.
I’bve disabled Jet Pack for now, so that my authors can get their content up. Will try refreshing caches and re-set up. So far, as soon as I enable jetpack, I can’t access dashboard.

obviously, just the plain button doesn’t have the other parts (the field or the row of credit cards) to appear misaligned…but the button itself leans left in the column.

I am unable to change amount from 0.
Is this the expected behavior, that the chosen amount from the drop down menu doesn’t pass through to Paypal?
