Just an update, I was wrong re: plugin.
Found the issue, it was that in some of the form settings I still had ‘Enable Google Invisible v2 reCAPTCHA’ ticked, but I was using reCAPTCHA V3.
If anyone else is experiencing this issue, go and check the settings of your WP Forms ??
OK it was the Easy WP SMTP plugin, just FYI.
Is there a different one you’d recommend?
Thanks,

In reply to: !PLEAE HELP! Site down – can’t find cpanelHi Lisa,
I’m not FTP-savvy. How would I go about logging in via FTP? I wonder if that’s what my login details are for?
Thanks,
Jen

In reply to: !PLEAE HELP! Site down – can’t find cpanelI can’t access the WP dashboard – it just says ‘HTTP 500 error’
I also can’t access cPanel as my client has given me a username and password, but they haven’t been able to give me a location to login.
Called the web servers several times, who initially said it looks like a server error, but now are saying it’s a WP problem. But I can’t login to wordpress or a cPanel.
So I’m lost ??

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile problems – tried solutionsOh wait no… Still having mobile styling issues with the toggle bar. Nothing I change in the back end is working front-end apart from the icon choice.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile problems – tried solutionsOh hang on, I’ve got it. Turned off the ‘full width’ option and it’s working well now.
Thanks so much for the help! The menu is awesome and I’ll leave you a fab review!

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile problems – tried solutionsOh update, if I click on an item within the mega menu section, I see the toggle bar – it is only not showing when I’m on a main category page.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile problems – tried solutionsOh duh, thank you! I disabled it last night in the hope the prev menu might show.
OK I’m nearly there. My menu toggle bar has disappeared now. I’ve tried changing the toggle bar background colour and the menu text colour but it’s still not showing – it does work on mobile if I click where it should be. Any ideas?
Thanks again,
Jen

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile problems – tried solutionsThanks so much for your quick reply, option 2 PLUS setting the menu to ‘full width’ has worked to show the menu in mobile.
However, the ‘shop’ item in the menu (where the mega menu is) is now hidden. Any idea why?
Thanks,
Jen
Thanks so much Spacedev! Worked a charm ??
