In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Exception: not authorizedWe’re experiencing the same issue with the 3.0.0 update on a number of bitnami sites.

So I switched to Chrome (from Safari) and re-did the setup and now the finish button on the last step was active for me. All is working now.
If you’re still having the problem maybe try a different browser?
I’m seeing the exact same problem. I get to the last screen in the setup sequence, the Finish button is disabled and I cannot complete.

Same issue here – updated to 1.8 and FB Chat disappears. I also tried removing the plugin, reinstalling and doing the setup again to no avail.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Oops, there is nothing in your cart. Please visit our shopI’ve seen this happen when the webserver is running varnish / caching service aimed at improving performance. When I used to run my WP sites on Bluehost I would turn off varnish on the cPanel and then every few months they would magically turn it on again making my WP eCommerce stop working. I would also try disabling any CDN or other plugins that are aimed at speeding up your site.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Shopping Cart empty on checkout with SafariARGG – sorry folks, but I posted to soon. Found my solution from one of my very own postings on this forum 18 months ago!
I am hosting on Bluehost.com and if you run varnish you will have this problem with the plug-in. I had turned if off 1.5 years ago when I discovered it, but somehow that must have gotten turned back on. My site is fully functional again.
Incidently, the only reason it was working in Chrome was that I had an admin session open. As soon as i went incognito the problem manifest itself there.
Bottom line – if you’re experiencing this problem… varnish might be the culprit.
Update: Ok, i figured out my problem. I thought it was working with Chrome, but not Safari/Firefox, but then I realized I actually had a wp-admin session open in my Chrome browser. Once I went incognito in Chrome it failed as well, e.g., I could add something to the cart and it showed up in my cart widget on the sidebar, but when I went to the check-out page the cart always showed empty.
Turns out the problem was unrelated to our update of the WP eCommerce plugin. We recently migrated our sites over to Bluehost which apparently has varnish running by default. When I disabled varnish the WP eCommerce plugin is now working fine again.
Any tips from others hosting on bluehost on how to get this working with varnish enabled would be appreciated.
I am seeing exactly the same problem after recently updating the plugin. Anybody else seeing this? Thoughts on how to resolve?
