The website name is https://www.rmchoa.com. The home page is open to the public. However, a website registration is required to access any of the other pages in the top ribbon by logging in. Once logged in, the user can access the rest of the functionality including pressing “contact” to access the Contact Form 7 contact forms. Incidentally, I did a test yesterday and was able to see the contact form in my gmail account but it took about 12 hours to appear in my Gmail! As stated in the original post – on other previous tests the users and myself did not receive the gmail message at all. When I use my NON Gmail account – I always receive the message! Very puzzling!
G – Thank you for your response. I will ask Bluehost support to check if DNS can see Gmail as you suggested.
