Many thanks for the quick response. However, I can’t find neither the limited/infinite setting or the “dimensions in the top right corner”. I have a feeling I’m looking in the wrong place. When I edit the page (block editor), the right sidebar has a “Page” tab with “Summary”, “Featured image”, “Discussion” and “Page Attributes” sections.I don’t see the mentioned settings there.

Where are the page settings you mention?

Update: I added !important to the css and that seems to remove the grey background on iOS. However, it still requires double tap.

I’m not sure what mean you by “comment the CSS” code. I only added the little snippet that I sent in my first post above (and another little snippet to set border to 0px but I assume that doesn’t affect the issue).
