In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Update 7.01 Caused Critical ErrorHi Saif/Doug/Amir,
I’ve just installed 7.01 again and it works fine with no errors. I apologise, I should’ve attempted a reinstall before opening a ticket. (Lesson learnt) There must have been some corruption at download/upload. Thanks very much for your quick support, I appreciate it. This can be marked as resolved.
All the best

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Update 7.01 Caused Critical ErrorHi Doug,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I will attempt to install again. I dropped back to 6.9 but I’ll give it another go. Unfortunately, I can’t provide the system report as it fails. I’ll update in a while, I’ve gotta walk the dog ??
Cheers

In reply to: [WPSSO Core - Complete and Optimized Structured Data SEO] Latest Update 6.60Hi jsm,
Thanks for your quick response. I’ve got the latest software of everything including 7.3 PHP. (Updated everything only a week ago). Running a VPS with Linode. Although have done everything myself I don’t have a clue about this stuff! Google is my partner (what I really mean is all the kind people who type questions and give answers on the net). I’m guessing when you say Opcode that it is Opcache which I do have installed. What should I be looking for? Just a general nudge in the right direction will help and me an Google will try and sort it.
Thanks again.
JeremyHi Maxwell,
If you now have 2.2.13 installed and your thumbnails are large and repeated down the page the direction given by Hardeep was to empty your broswer cache. Go to Google settings here: chrome://settings/ and clear browsing data (choose your desired settings, then clear). Then, if you have a caching plugin clear your cache and apparently it should be fixed. As I have said previously this has fixed the issue for some but I have done all of the above and the problem still persists. I reverted to Woocommerce 2.9 and the problem no longer occurs. This issue, as far as I can see is caused by the update of Woocommerce 3.0 not being compatible with the Shopisle theme and I can only think that it is up to Themeisle to fix this. I would not attempt to edit your CSS but wait for the theme developers to fix and then update.
I hope this helps. It seems to be a waiting game unless Themeisle can point us in the right directon as to why it is fixed for some and not for others. I am more than happy to be corrected if I have have made wrong conclusions on this matter and apologise in advance if this is the case.
Best regards
Jeremy

Hi maxwellharrison
2.2.13 is the latest version, if its not automatically updating through WordPress go to https://themeisle.com/ and login. It should take you to your plan where you can manually download the latest version. The only problem for me is that I have updated to 2.2.13 and cleared the cache but the problem persists. (I even uninstalled wp rocket my cache plugin but it made no difference)
But for some it does fix the issue.
There appears to be a problem with caching that is causing the thumbnail problem. I hope this helps you in some way.
Cheers

In reply to: [Shop Isle] Update has not fixed thumbnail issueHi
Just loaded website in firefox and safari and the problem is the same and I had cleared the cache in chrome. But thanks for the suggestions. I still think there maybe a problem with the theme.
Thanks

In reply to: [Shop Isle] Update has not fixed thumbnail issueHi again,
I’ve cleared my browser cache again, cleared wp rocket cache and purged opcache. The problem remains for me.
Much appreciated if anyone got any ideas.
Thanks
Jeremy

In reply to: [Shop Isle] Update has not fixed thumbnail issueHi earthloveskin,
Thanks for that, I noticed in another thread that someone else had made the same recommendation so I cleared my cache but it’s had no effect. I’ll try it again later and will update.

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] ERROR 500 with PHP 7.1Hi Ahmed
Yes, I’ve got a similar issue with PHP7.1. It didn’t give me a 500 but it drastically slowed the website to a snails pace.
Cheers
