I did, but oddly, i went back to Users > Settings > Profiles > Profile Content, and it was unchecked. I checked the box again, hit save, then refresh the page, the check box isn’t checked.

Removed the folder from wp-content/plugins.
Reinstalled the plugin.
No errors thrown now, and plugin data is still in tact.

In seems the issue is resolved. Thanks!

Did you make any manual changes to the plugin files?
No, none.

Is the class-wprm-import-simplerecipepro.php file still in the \wp-content\plugins\wp-recipe-maker\includes\admin\import\ folder?
Yes.

Maybe try removing the plugin and just installing it again to make sure you’re using the latest version.

Ok, i had him clear his cache and now he can resubmit his vote….but updating an existing poll still causes all previous votes to be reset?

@esmi: If i switch back to the default untouched Twenty Ten theme, and refresh the page, I see nothing except for the body background.

@ryandsullivan: I tried clearing my IE9 cache and the page is still appearing broken. Here is how it appears in IE9 to me:
