I think I just found what was causing this issue, the member was paying with a card for recurring payment which will not work if you don’t have Paypal Payflow Pro (Paypal only create recurring payment if you pay with you Paypal account or getting Paypal Payflow Pro for cards payments).But here is another issue!!! How I can have the option to show my clients that they can pay with a card for recurring payment and other option to pay with Paypal in case they don’t want to use card. Right now I’m using Paypal Payflow Pro but there is no link to choose pay with Paypal.

Same happening here. It happens with Paypal account and card.
Today test it with my test membership account and with a Paypal account, everything works perfect. But today an member try to sign up again and the subscription was cancelled after creation at paypal, giving the access to the content without paying.
Anyone PLEASE HELP!!!
I think PMP still sending notifications to Paypal that the member is a free membership… as I changed the status to “none” meaning that the membership sill be free.

I’m using paypal payment pro, how I cancel user account? In the user profile I can see “Current Level” if i change that to any other level or “none” a popup come up with ” Warning: The existing membership will be cancelled, and the new membership will be free.” I dont want to give a free membership.

The issue still unresolved.Why the plug in don’t cancel the subscription profile on Paypal?
I did not.
The Member cancel the account.I just received this email:
The membership for “Member” at Remix4Djs has been cancelled.
Account: “Member” (member email)
Membership Level: Monthly
Start Date: May 28, 2013
Cancellation Date: July 11, 2013

I never said PMP stored any personal info, but the email were sent to user by the plug in meaning that the plug in has the bug.I already move to another plug in… took so long to reply here and the new version never came on the “weekend” as he said.
This was a serious plug in issue and illegal sending personal/payment info to other user.

Is the new version out?Its there any way that it can be fixed before this weaken?
I have some recurring payments coming before this weekend, its for sure the same error will occur. its the 2nd time it happen.
