Thanks for your response. Under scans I had everything checked except High Sensitivity and checking themes against the repository.

What might you suggest would be the least amount of things I could get away with and still feel comfortable?

So I found out something new. If you scroll to the bottom left of yout widgets page there are options that will let you restrict access to admins etc.

unless you want to make some custom function that looks to see how you are logged in and then do some display:none; css in the admin panels for the respective class.

try targeting the class in your child theme stylesheet and do display:none;

See if this code works, just stick it in your stylesheet.

Thanks for looking into this. I have not tried reinstalling ACF VF, but I think my issue was actually related to a function I added that change ACF field keys to a generic slug, thus breaking ACF. Once the slug was changed it didn’t matter what was disabled as the changes were in the database.

I’ll try it again in the next week or so and let you know in a follow-up post.
