Thanks to wonder_lander this has now been fixed. Actually @terram provided the fix via twitter.

You need to adjust your header z-index to 999 to drop it ‘below’ the lightbox frame in terms of depth hierarchy. I just put this into the custom.css for my theme – otherwise it will need to go in the appropriate place for you won theme. (Firebug can tell you which file). I added:
#header{ z-index:999; }
and it works fine now.

*BUMP*ing this as I am having the same issue.

I notice on Wonder_Lander’s blog this appears to be fixed with the lightbox opening in a full-frame. W_L, if you’re listening – how’d you get this to work?

Same issue here…

Appears to have been a jquery issue with my theme.

Updated a line of code (provided very kindly by the theme creator) and everything is working fine again.

The reply given in the official forums fixed the issue – head over there to find the answer and custom CSS code to correct this issue!

Hmmm – it would seem that it is something in the theme (lucid by Sevenspark).

If I switch to the default twentyten theme, the bullets disappear.

So, the question is, is there something I can place in my custom.css file that will stop this from happening?

Throwing my oar into this one…broken here for me too…

Alternatives? Contact Form 7?
