Unfortunately as far as I know there is no way of preventing this on a mobile device, however I will try to look into it more in the future.

Hi @t0t0r0555, unfortunately at the moment the plugin does not officially support auto-play however you can get around this by adding “?autoplay=1;” without the quotes to the end of the URL.

I have looked into the issue and it appears to be a conflict with some of the code in your theme.
I have released a new version of the plugin (1.2.3) which should fix this problem, however I can’t fully test it because I don’t have acces to the theme you are using.
Does it work now?

In your original post you described a black box appearing just having no video, however when I go to https://wpnathan.com/test/, I don’t see a black box and I just see the short-code itself.

This means that the short-code is not being executed.

Can you verify that the plugin is in fact still activated.

If it is already activated, can you please try temporarily switching to one of the themes that was bundled with WordPress to see if a conflict with your theme is what is causing the problem.

If that doesn’t work, please try temporarily disabling all of your other plugins to see if one of them may be causing the issue.

Would you be able to send a link to the page where this is happening and let me know what kind of video you are inserting (youtube or local mp4 or .ogg file)?
Could you also include the shortcode that has been inserted?

That is very unusual, was that the full error message? There should have been more info describing the error.

Did you install it by downloading from www.remarpro.com and uploading to your site or did you install from the “add plugin” menu from within WordPress?

Also, please try re-downloading the plugin to see if that fixes the problem.
