For now I won’t rate this plugin but I can’t see that it does anything at all.

Yes, as you can see the sniplet above is from source code, not from the GUI.

For example name and description (see the part above) are present in metadata output by this plugin, and that’s all as far as I can tell.
Another plugin, ngfb, picks a few more (quite impressive), but still many remain not inserted at all.
In terms of this plugin, what in an Event would be “url” or “offers” (a link where one can buy tickets), is present in plugin’s WP Admin GUI as “Ticket URL”, but it never gets carried over to markup in source code by your plugin (nor by ngfb).

So it depends what you look for – it seems to me that just two event metadata (name, desc) are in your source code, about 30% of tags get inserted by ngfb, and the rest are simply not used although they are implemented in your plugin GUI and I populated them for the sample event I created.

I was using .ics as I mentioned (which now I realize was wrong).
I read only the simple instructions here, and not the verbose ones at your site.

P.S. For others, making this change may require you to clear the feed cache in your WP settings.

But I can’t tell for sure I was getting these before (since I had many others at the time). Now that I cleaned those I’ve beeen seeing these.
But like I said, I am not necessarily blaming this plugin. I disabled plugin for now and I’ll watch the logs for few more days.

You’re right, and it’s OK to mark this resolved.
One of sites I manage got breached so although it’s doable, I was quite busy fixing that and some other stuff.

But since you’ve been very helpful I should try to do my part:

Hmmm, 1.9.9.2 just got pushed to me when I went to verify my version 10 min ago, but few hours ago before I submitted my bug I hit refresh and didn’t see the new version.

The two little input boxes for HH MM, they look extremely narrow, like this:

I put the cursor in and type say 11 <tab> 11 and then Save, but nothing happens.
1. I can’t see anything while I’m typing this so I don’t know if anything’s actually being input.
2. I’m not sure if nothing gets saved or if I don’t input anything.

A “simple” or better way to fix visually and input wise might be to use a drop down list instead of free input, but resized boxes would be nice too.

Thanks, that solved the problem for me!

I too encountered this problem so I’ll add myself here to be notified of possible follow up posts.
Also “Time to run maintenance” doesn’t seem to accept any input (I know this might be a different issue, but I wonder if it’s impossible to enter any numbers because maintenance can’t be enable).

I realized (I didn’t know that before) that I actually can change my review so I added earlier comments to the review so that they’re reflected in there.
I wouldn’t consider it a negative or biased review.
