I’ve figured this one out. I was just having a brain cramp and it was in the same place it was all along…I was just in the wrong area.

It worked ONCE and then went back to the errors displayed above.

This is so frustrating.

Any help would be most appreciated. Surely some of your WordPress experts have run into this in the past.

I have tried other browsers as mentioned in my initial post.

Here’s what Firefox shows when I click on the Media Library tab:

Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

The other two tabs on the insert image option work fine..I can upload and I can go to the link section for linking images form a URL…I just can’t load the Media Library tab. ??

I’ll have a look. It’s very puzzling..especially when one of the pages showed the up in the menu bar the other day but has since disappeared.

Hi Rachel,

No…I can make menus there..but apparently only for the side bar…not the navigational bar across the top where I need it to be.
