Thanks @marcelstoer, that’s really helpful. We’re also set up in origin-pull mode.

Do you know if ‘Purge From Cache’ also removes items from the CDN. It would make sense if it did, that if you clear an item from the cache because you’ve made changes you’d want any associated items served by the CDN that may have changed to be cleared as wel.

An item in the change log from version 0.9.2.6 suggests that this is what is supposed to happen.

“Fixed “Purge from Page Cache” not purging varnish or CDN when enabled”

Just realized I can test this by actually changing some content and seeing what happens when I purge. I’ll report back with my findings.

I was most worried about the ‘Empty All Caches’ and ‘Purge CDN’ because they could be costly actions to take if they cleared the entire CDN.

I appear to be having the same issue. The contents tab of WP Super Cache shows me the following:

    Cache Contents

    WP-Cache (78.49KB)

    10 Cached Pages
    0 Expired Pages
    WP-Super-Cache (5.54MB)

    96 Cached Pages
    0 Expired Pages
