Hi I’ve updated to PHP 7 as well as increased the memory and have tried activating the Impress plugin again, which resulted in the following message:

Please advise since it is frustrating that the plugin and theme by the same developer are currently incompatible with each other.

Hi I’m also having problems with the IMPress Listings plugin, which has crashed the website (https://www.teamgsdhawaii.com) every single time I’ve tried activating it this afternoon. I have updated to PHP 7 with the same results. Also if it helps, the site is using Curb Appeal by Agent Evolution which is a child theme of Genesis. Please advise, thanks.

So I was told that it may be a problem with another plugin interfering with the agent listings plugin….after disabling all of the plugins, I’ve come to the conclusion that it is the Genesis Agent Profiles plugin that’s the problem.

With that being said, since Agent Press is the developer for both plugins, is there and thoughts or ideas as to what is causing this malfunction to happen?

Thank you for the additional php coding. I am still having problems with the duplicate listings…I understand that you were not able to replicate the problem on your end, but are there any possible ideas as to what’s causing this problem? What’s even more frustrating is that it’s not always the same listing all the time. Got it…THANKS! I totally forgot about the screen options and was going crazy trying to figure out how to get the locations to show up. Anyway, it is a great plugin and really easy to use.
