What I don’t like about the plugin is how you aren’t providing good support that is EASY to follow and being defensive saying “Most of our users are very supportive and provide us good feedback to make Namaste!” Seems to be directed directly at me making a comment that you don’t like and,

“LMS this the best free LMS plugin.” is purely your opinion and not grounded in FACT. IT IS YOUR OPINION. I DISAGREE and I’ve been involved with LMSystems for years.

Don’t post a review section if you don’t want an honest review! Instead of being defensive why not put something useful on your site for the plugin. You help page is:

You are right, I didn’t go into wordpress SUPPORT page. But then as a end-user WHY SHOULD I? The link in your plugin takes me to you HOMEPAGE for help…and it’s not there.

It’s a weak plugin and I am the end user. So it should be easy to use, friendly interface and not rocket science. In addition I shouldn’t get slammed because you don’t like my review.

Fix the plugin instead of being defensive!

Thanks MBRSolution for your response. However, my IP is not dynamic and was also whitelisted so that wouldn’t be the problem. Besides other regular members on a site may have dynamic and the login would be based on credentials and not IP for them…unless they were hacking or doing something unauthorized.

Anyone else out there with an answer?
