I found the issue. It was a conflict with the AMP plugin!

Printful have come back and said the following:

“Our developers are still not able to find an issue with the live shipping rates feature. Can you clarify what your developer meant when he said “API is not sending proper response”?

You mentioned that you’re using Elementor for building your site. We checked the requirements for using Elementor and you need MySQL version 5.6 or higher. We checked and it looks like your MySQL version is 5.5.5. Here are all the requirements: https://t.co/WXsTNMdy4E
Perhaps, that might be causing the issue.

Also, we did an online search on this error, and in almost every case the issue was with Elementor. It could be useful if you contacted Woocommerce support and asked if that might be related. They also always suggest switching your theme to Storefront.

Please consult with Woocommerce support about Elementor or other possible causes of this. You should share your site’s System Status report with them which you can find via WooCommerce > Status.”

I’ve now tried that along with switching to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivating all plug inside. Still the same.

I’m afraid so. Did all that and still showing as before.
