Thanks so much for the response. It appears to be a problem with the skin I’m using. I use the Thesis theme, and the Builder skin from wpthesisskins.com. When I activate the default theme, or even a different skin on the Thesis theme, it seems fine, so it must be a conflict with the skin. I’ve reached out to the developer to see if he had any thoughts.
Thanks again…

thanks for this. i checked that, but didn’t find anything. did i miss it?hmmm…not sure what that would be caused by, unless your browser is set not to accept cookies possibly? what is the URL and I’ll see if I can replicate it in safari or firefox.
Yeah, actually, I was wrong about the option to show only to logged in users anyway. They do have that option after further review. But the data accessibility is still an issue. Good luck…
Are the votes actually being counted? Or is it just letting you click on it again, but the # of votes doesn’t change?
I’m by no means an expert, but my experience w/ this plugin is that what you’re trying to do is not possible. I am not familiar with an option to first of all limit it to logged in users (I assume your users must be logged in to vote, otherwise how would you know who they are, beyond an IP address), and even if you get past that hurdle, because this plugin hosts the results data (as opposed to it being stored on your server/in your database), there’s not much you can do with the information as you don’t have access to it.
Those are my thoughts, and as I said, I’m no expert, but maybe it helps.

In reply to: Rating Widget Plugin HelpDo you have it configured through the settings panel (from the admin side of your website) to appear somewhere? There is a RATINGS menu along the left (below COMMENTS) with a Basic submenu. The top option in that menu is to enable it (you have the option to do so, or not, for Posts, Front Page, Comments and Pages) and, if you do, choose where you want it to appear (top/bottom/left/middle/right).
Hope that answers your question.

In reply to: [Rating-Widget: Star Review System] Using the dataSorry, I wasn’t being clear. I just wondered where the data appears. I know now that you have to hit the info icon and it takes you off-site for results. Thanks…

In reply to: Rating Widget Plugin HelpOkay, thank you Svovaf. Can you instruct me on how to pull that data and place it on a page?
Much thanks.

In reply to: Custom header and "Go Home" in LysaHey…
Strange, I just tested that theme and put a header into the LOGO URL field and it works fine. I followed the below steps:1. upload header into media library.
2. copy the url of the image (if it’s in your library, click EDIT and towards the bottom of the screen of that image you’ll see the File URL – copy that
3. go into Lysa Options, which is under the APPEARANCE menu along the left
4. paste the File URL (from step 2) into the LOGO DISPLAY field
5. click Save Changes at the top or bottomAnd all is well, header on every page. See https://www.charliedickerson.com for the example. No need to go into header.php at all. If that same process doesn’t work for you, I’d recommend deleting the theme, reinstalling a fresh one and trying again. Holler with questions.
