    You are right, I did not ask a question through this forum. Or on the free support. I went into the contact us section. The first time I asked for help with an issue over a year ago I went in through the contact us section. I received prompt support right away.

    I only have one issue I can’t figure out which is why the files become corrupt when downloaded through DB. Can not figure out what I am doing wrong. My client was in panic mode as it was a critical time for them to be receiving lots of orders.

    Thanks for pointing this out. I will search here too in hopes someone else can shed some light.

    Not a problem with the email but thanks for responding. And, yes some of my questions were answered in your email.

    I have been trying to get the free version to work before purchasing. The problem I am finding is the instructions for set up seem to be varied. One says to use a piece of code on top of the page and the other way not to.

    I’ll resend my unanswered questions.

    It looks like you were able to get it back up and running. it was just unfortunate timing for me that you were down. I needed to purchase as I love the simplicity of how this plugin works.
    not sure how to change the star rating since your site was not up there was no other means to contact you.
