Sorry for not being clear. I’m needing to change your new wheel animation. If it can’t be changed I’d like to hide that. It’s your spinner you changed not too long ago.

Is there a way to hide this new wheel animation since it can’t be changed? We’d prefer not to see it if it can’t be an animation that matches the website design. Thanks

Also not working for me which I’ve contacted you about. I think it would be appropriate for Phoeniixx to remove this broken new version from being available for download and make the old version available again until they fix the problem.

That’s because I decided not to wait and deleted it from your code on my site.

I don’t know why you can’t see it. I just pulled it up in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and it showed the design button in all. Also I realized that once the designed product is added to the cart (takes 2 clicks of the add to cart to do that), in the cart you also don’t get both the front and back, only the back in both cases.

Try going to this product:

Then choose Material: Brass, Size: 2″, Color: Gold
(That’s the only one set to use your plugin at the moment.) Then go to the customizer and check the problems with 2 sided. Thanks

Also, the download button when clicked once says empty. When clicked twice it shows the download links.

Variable products does not work perfectly. If your variations on one product are more than one page in the variations tab, as soon as you go to the next page of variations and do an update there, all your variations that were enabled for this plugin on the previous page will be lost. In other words, more than 15 variations. As soon as you go to the 16th variation, enable, and update there, all are disabled from 1 to 15.
