I deactivated, deleted and then re-installed Jetpack twice and now it appears to be working.

I am having the same problem. I generally have to refresh the page several times to get the real stats to show.

Installing Jetpack fixed the problem for me.

My stats are on UTC time. That means I am getting stats for tomorrow, (3/17) right now.
