Regarding your inquiry,
1. Students and Parents can access their dashboards and view the information provided by the admin, also they can change username and password. Apart from this students and parents can not add any other information like classes, teachers, subjects, events, etc.
2. Principal can login and access admin dashboard with admin credentials and monitor/add/update school information.

It seems you want to have a plugin only for activity management. Still we are not clear with your requirement. Do you want participants to register by themselves or admin would do that?
As per your requirement, there is no role of users like teachers or parents. We would like to understand more on your requirement.

I have reviewed the issue you are referring to regarding not able to access the page sch-subjects. Because of security reasons, we have updated the plugin in a way that you can not access the pages directly using the urls like https://www.your-domain.com/sch-subjects. You would need to login to your account and visit the subjects page from Dashboard.

@andrew19951 We have fixed this issue in the latest release of the plugin i.e., 1.1.6. Kindly update the plugin on your website to the latest version.

At our end we checked and tested subject page from both front end and back end, it works pretty well.
There might be some issue with your database.

You are facing this issue because SMS functions are disabled, you can enable them only if you purchase our paid SMS add-on.
Our SMS add-on:
– Lets admin to automatically send message to parents registered number when student is absent
– Admin and Teachers can send notifications/notices for holidays, events, programs, etc. to all the parents, teachers, and all.

Note – SMS can be web messages trough SMS Lane and we are soon integrating with Twilio

You are facing this issue because of installed plugin’s JQuery conflicting with WPSchoolPress plugin. We have resolved this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps when you find our next update in wordpress.
1. Update the plugin
2. Deactivate it
3. Again activate it

Thanks for posting your query. You are facing this issue because of conflict between JQuery among other installed plugins in your local host. Please update your plugin tomorrow, we are updating our plugin at the end of the day and this problem is resolved in the upcoming update. You have to deactivate and again activate the plugin tomorrow.
