Hi,
Thanks for your help. I discovered that TheCartPress plugin was also breaking sub items in the menu so I’ve deleted it and found another ecommerce plugin.
Seemed the easiest way, and all is fine now.
Cheers.

In reply to: [Cactus Masonry Classic] Limiting Number of ResultsThat’s great, thank a lot. I must have missed it. Cheers.
Okay, after digging a little further I’ve figured out how to get the emails sent, however there’s no download link.

In reply to: Some Users Can't Access Wp-AdminThanks for your help. The issue is now resolved.
I used the WP debug and it threw out an error message. I sent it to the web host. I’ll post their response here in case it helps anyone.
ERROR MESSAGE:
Notice: bbp_setup_current_user was called incorrectly. The current user is being initialized without using $wp->init(). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 2.3.) in /hermes/bosnaweb08a/b754/ipg.[username]/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3245
RESPONSE:
Please take the backup of the website and database tables and re-install the latest version of the WordPress. The message “initialized without using $wp->init()” comes if the app is running outdated wp files/plugins etc.
I resolved it by getting another admin to create a new user account for me. I went in deleted my old account and then recreated it. Also took the time to remove unused plugins and themes. Problem solved.

In reply to: [WP Post to PDF Enhanced] Exclude by Tag or CategoryThanks for your reply. To be honest, I don’t really use tags that much. Having category filtering would be great though. Cheers!

In reply to: Some pages will not loadNo idea why, or how, but after lunch I tried the site again and the pages which weren’t loading now seem to be fine.

In reply to: Some pages will not loadHi Tara, thanks for your reply. I’ve contacted my hosting provider. They’ve just suggested things like emptying the cache and trying different browsers. All things I’ve done. I’ve also tried deleting my .htaccess file and restoring it to the WP default without success.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Colour Coded CategoriesI’ve just found a feature in ‘The Events Calendar Category Colors plugin’ that does let users just highlight a particular category. Bravo! It just wasn’t in an obvious enough place.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Colour Coded CategoriesThanks Andy, that’s extremely useful. It doesn’t (as far as I can tell) let visitors select / deselect different categories, but nonetheless I think it will suffice. Thanks again.
That’s fantastic. Thanks a lot Bill.
Glad I found this post. I was just looking for the same thing. However, it doesn’t seem to work (at least not how I was hoping it would) as it will return posts with either one of the given categories, and not just those with both. At the moment I’m having to create long, descriptive categories.
It would be great to see some boolean operators to help filter results further. This would make an already great plugin much more powerful.
Hi Zota. There is a fix if you haven’t already found it. I’m a bit late to the party I know.
Thanks for that marchenko.alexandr. The option to hide the admin panel should at least be an optional setting. It’s particularly annoying as it doesn’t even hide it properly as it leaves the space.
If anyone’s wondering, this will hide the bar and remove the gap if you want to:
div#wpadminbar { visibility:hidden; }
That’s perfect. Thanks a lot for your help Bill.
