I created a test post and inserted an image from the library which were all showing question marks. Each image in the library is showing the ‘jdm.thedemoserver.com’ link that you mentioned. I selected an image anyway and published the post:

Thank you for your quick response. No we haven’t moved the website, nothings changed – could there be another reason for this?
