  • I need to move the wp-chatbot to the left side of the screen. This didn’t work for me. Why can’t we have an option in the chatbot widget settings in WordPress? Oh, wait! There are no settings! Maybe that’s part of the problem. lol Who makes a plugin without the option to change the location?

As a follow-up response, the https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open does not work. It just takes me to my account dashboard. You might want to make a note of that.

The first couple of sentences in your reply were unnecessary since I had already stated that in my first message, but it is what it is. Gotta love admins. ??

That said, I do appreciate the information given in the latter half of your reply.

Ok Now it seems to be working. No php messages are displayed on the page, however they are still being reported in the debug.log in the wp-content folder.

I was able to connect to our company facebook page.

Thank you for your quick replies! ??

I can’t. The issues I my last post won’t allow me to.

Is it ok to delete the plugin and reinstall it?

Didn’t work. I disabled the plugin and reactivated it. I am now getting the following messages on the settings screen with the blue “connect to facebook” button.

The pink mobile monkey banner at the to has the ‘complete setup’ button. When I click it, the page refreshes back to the same page. No change otherwise. The notices below appear above the pink banner. The warning does not appear on the page but rather in the source html view.

Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/customer/www/landmarks.digital/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-chatbot/inc/MobileMonkeyApi.php on line 79

Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/customer/www/landmarks.digital/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-chatbot/inc/MobileMonkeyApi.php on line 109

I then tried to deactivate it but now it won’t let me. It tries to deactivate and I see more php related messages displayed but the page refreshes too quickly to capture them.

I looked in the wp-config and noticed that WP_DEBUG, WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY and WP_DEBUG_LOG were enabled. I just commented out everything except WP_DEBUG_LOG. Still getting the php messages on screen.

I found the wp_debug log that was written to wp-content with all of the messages related to wp-chatbot. Here is the link to the paste-bin.

    Please advise.

Thank you for getting back to me. I did that a few times over the weekend and still had the issue. Also, uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issues.

I also installed the plugin on my personal site (jimmacdiarmid.com) and didn’t have a problem. I thought the plugin was really cool so I recommended it to my manager. ?? Anyway, both sites are running on Siteground with php 7.4 and the most recent version of WordPress.

Let me know what we can do to resolve this.
